Food traditions of the area
On the ground floor of the main building, the ancient owner house, there are the restaurant rooms of the agritourism Maison Rosset. During the eighteenth and nineteenth century they were used as a canteen for the farm workers. At present, the restaurant valorizes the farm products and offers different seasonal menus according to the food traditions of the area.
In 1993, Camillo Rosset started the refurbishment of the premises by preserving the architectural features of the time: wood flooring, vaulted ceiling and an ancient fireplace.
In 2012 the premises have been enlarged and reorganized but the architectural features have been preserved.
